1. Introduction & Eligibility

By using the Vembly app (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you need parental consent.

2. Your Account

• Anonymous Use: We create an anonymous account for you automatically.
• Security: You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.
• Upgrades: You may link an email for account recovery.

3. Subscriptions

• Payments: Processed securely via Apple’s App Store.
• Management: Subscriptions autorenew. Manage or cancel via Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before renewal.

4. AI Content & Ownership

• Your Input: You own what you enter into the app.
• AI Output: You own the documents generated. You are free to use them commercially.
• Disclaimer: AI can make mistakes. Always review generated content. We are not liable for inaccuracies or offensive output.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Do not use Vembly to:

• Violate laws or infringe rights.
• Generate harmful, hate speech, or sexually explicit content.
• Decompile or abuse the app infrastructure.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS”. Vembly is not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or business interruption. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend your access for violating these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time; account deletion is available in Settings.

8. General

• Updates: We may modify these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance.
• Governing Law: Governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction.
